5. Who Can Use Palmful

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Palmful is not intended for use by anyone who is managing a diagnosed medical condition or eating disorder without the guidance of a qualified healthcare professional. 6. Changes to These Terms

NSquared Labs may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will increment the terms version number and, if you have already accepted a prior version, prompt you to review and re-acknowledge the updated terms before continuing to use the App. Your continued use after accepting an update constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

7. Your Data & Privacy

In this version of the App, all journal data is stored locally on your device only. Palmful does not operate user accounts or transmit your entries to any server. Your data stays on your device unless you explicitly export or transfer it. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Palmful name, logo, design, and all Content in the App are owned by or licensed to NSquared Labs and are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission from NSquared Labs.

9. Health, Safety & Well-Being

You are solely responsible for your own health, safety, and any decisions you make while using the App. The App does not monitor your physical condition or wellbeing. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or tracked in Palmful.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NSquared Labs and its officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data or health outcomes — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NSquared Labs and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
